    I had an issue with three of the slides I ordered. I sent an an email along with photos of the problem. I received an immediate response informing me that a new set of slides would be on its way. The slides did in fact come as promised. No hassels, no issues...one satisfied customer!

    I have been using the accuride slides for years with no problems. This is the first time trying out the self close feature that is made of plastic. the plastic on one side broke on the first closing attempt. It apparently was not assembled quite right (keepers not seated)and I did not notice it during install. I will stick with the non self closing in the future.
