The Blum bracket in our kitchen cabinet failed after 15 years, I called and the sales person was very courteous and he informed me that a new part number superseded the the part number that I told him I needed. The parts were shipped very promptly and the new parts fit exactly as described. Over all a very god experience.

The in-laws have the bracket on their kitchen drawers and it wasn't as strong as the replacement pair of brackets from cabinetparts. They live 2 hours away and just got the phone call today that installation was a sucess.

This front fixing bracket of stamped steel replaces older style cast metal Blum bracket. The new ones are much better and stronger.

I ordered replacement parts online and of course what was shipped was the wrong item. After a phone call I found that the wrong part was pulled and sent out. The order was replaced with the correct parts at no charge. Installation was a snap and things are working as good as new. I am very pleased and happy that we could make the repairs ourselves.

These parts have been re-engineered. They are now stamped steel rather than pot metal. Better than the originals!
