I would have given these 5 stars except as a replacement for the oboslete Glass hinge they aren't perfect in that holes from the original hinges remain visible. That's not the fault of these hinges, however.

worked fine. Needed one got two at this price, I wasn't sure about the alignment with only one new hinge. Would have even worked better if it came with the plastic screw inserts.

I had a broken Grass 830-40 hinge on a 9-year old cabinet door that was out of production. The replacement hinge was a GHA-3100. I was considering hiring someone to do the installation but decided to try it myself. The screw holes on the door were not identical. With limited carpentry skills and tools, I was able to drill two new holes and install the replacement hinge without any problem. The reinstalled door lined up perfectly the first time. I was expecting problems but had none. Given the same set of circumstances, I would do it all over again.

My hinges were discontinued and I ordered these as a replacement. They work great. I just needed to make new screw holes. I did that with a nail since I don't have a drill.

This replacment product for older GRASS mount brackets works very well as intended, It fits well into the existing circular slot in the cabinet door and was easy to install.

I was replacing a hinge that was discontinued and this one did fit the bill, had to drill new screw holes in pressed wood (so took it to the local hardware shop for them to do)...all in all it worked out perfectly!
