    This kit had good installation instructions with it and was relatively simple to install. The kit was of good quality as near as I can tell, and a fair price, not like some of the flimsy cheap junk some companies try to sell. I won't say that there is nothing better to be had but I don't have any reason to complain on the quality we see with this kit.

    We had our original shelf for 26 hours. I was concerned that I could not get a new one. Seeing this online and speaking to a customer service rep helped me know that this was the right replacement. This shelf works perfectly

    I went on the internet for assistance in purchasing a replacement (as shown) for our kitchen. I saw there was an option for a live-chat with a representative from your company and took advance of using this option. I connected to a rep named Andrew who was very helpful and told us exactly what part we needed to order. We went ahead an ordered the part and Andrew also mentioned that if need be, once we received our part, we could skype him for his assistance to install it. Needless to say, we received the part a few days later, and were able to install without Andrew's assistance. However, I want to mention that Andrew's expert customer service gave us the exact part we needed and we very much appreciated his thorough assistance! Thank you very much and we will not hesitate to use your company again, if needed, an speak highly of it to others!

    Though I'm not too skilled at navigating sites such as CabinetParts, it was surprisingly easy to find exactly what I needed. It arrived in good time, was easy to instally and is excellent. Better than the original "Lazy Susan" it replaced!

    The product itself is excellent. The assembly instructions were not so good. They estimated a 15 minute installation. It took me two hours and I am a serious DIY guy. I even had the advantage of it being a replacement and not installing from scratch.
