Have been looking for something like this for a very long time to hold my cutting boards, cookie sheets, muffin pans & wire cooling racks. Works perfect!!! The only problem was maneuvering in the small cupboard space to get the screws in where they are supposed to go. I think a drill that bends would probably have made the installation easier. But it got done without a special implement.

I bought 10 of these and have used 6 so far. 4 of them are above my oven for cookie sheets and cooling racks and 2 are in a lower cabinet storing nested cake pans - I am a prolific semi-professional baker. They are very strong and mostly easy to install - I had to do it without a drill due to a hand injury but was still managed once I used a nail to start the drill holes. I would suggest that Rev-a-shelf provide a template for hole placement.
