Our order arrived with little apparent damage to the box, but when we opened the box it was apparent the proverbial 800 lb gorilla had gotten to it. After we wailed and caterwauled about our missed instant gratification opportunity we manned up and called customer service. They were extremely nice and helpful (our pictures helped) and a replacement was on its way almost immediately. Customer service can be challenging these days, but not here! We were very pleased. BTW organizer install was a breeze (especially if you have long arms or contortionist capabilities) and the product works well and smoothly. Thanks

I ordered 3 different sizes, 9, 12 and 15" to go under my bathroom sink. I love quality. (" and 12" perfect. I assumed that length was the same on all. I was so concerned with width. The 15" width and wider are 2" LONGER than the narrower units, tooooo long for my cabinets. I was so disappointed. I did not realize I guess that the narrow cabinets are shorter in depth?? Don't know. Went back an checked to see if the length was even an option and it is not.

The Rev-A-Shelf basket is a well-constructed product that is easy to assemble and install. After I purchased and installed my first unit, I ordered 4 more units.

I had these slide out shelves from Cabinet Parts in my old kitchen and we just remodeled our kitchen and bought a set for our new cupboard. They came in less than 24 hours. I was flabbergasted! These shelves have worked flawlessly for us and they were easy to install. I love how sturdy they are and that they pull out completely. Highly recommend these wire shelves. (And they were on sale, so double score!)
