by Matthew from Port Angeles, WAOur order arrived with little apparent damage to the box, but when we opened the box it was apparent the proverbial 800 lb gorilla had gotten to it. After we wailed and caterwauled about our missed instant gratification opportunity we manned up and called customer service. They were extremely nice and helpful (our pictures helped) and a replacement was on its way almost immediately. Customer service can be challenging these days, but not here! We were very pleased. BTW organizer install was a breeze (especially if you have long arms or contortionist capabilities) and the product works well and smoothly. Thanks

by Andrew from Senoia, GAThis is an excellent replacement for old metal cabinet inserts to hold trash bins. The steel frame is sturdy and well constructed. The designers conceived every possible configuration one might encounter. All the parts were included. The instructions are very clearly written and illustrated so installation was easy.

The drawer pulls are good quality and have a nice finish, but the quality of the long fasteners is very poor. The hardware is made so can be cut easily but the threads are very poor and cross thread easily. I will have to buy better fasteners, I don’t see
