The final product is a wonderful thing, very functional BUT.. You stated it would take 30 min to install, and that may have been right IF we could have gotten the slides off easily. One of the slides came off easily, 3 didn't. Luckily my husband is very handy and has the right tools. He removed the 3 difficult slide brackets from the actual drawer. We saw that the slides were bent and so would not slide off the bracket. He had to straighten the slides, one screw head snapped off and so it had to be drilled out. The whole job took about 3 hours, with some of that time spend pondering what to do next. You need to have better quality control. Perhaps if someone on your end had tested the product before shipment, all our difficulty could have been avoided. I would like to install another one these but we are worried that we may have a repeat of the difficulty.

Just an fyi. Only one side of the product will screw into the cabinet side wall. The other side is supported by the product design. Make sure your cabinet door will close before you screw in product. We had to slide it further back than the 1/4" recommendation and then had to put a piece of wood behind the cabinet frame and screw into that. Works well once installed.

The packages arrived in boxes that were crumbled, bent and appear to have been that way at the time of packaging as the packing tape matched the crumpling. The product inside was completely undamaged, and all parts were present. The product installed easily and works perfectly. I would purchase goods again from Cabinet Parts.

Easy to install, nicely made, not a gadget. Increases storage and makes cabinets easy to use without getting on your hands and knees to reach in the back of cabinets.
