We had this trash pull out installed in our kitchen about 2 months ago and so far I have no complaints. It's very sturdy and seems like it will hold up for many years, (even with our kids using it)!

We had a little trouble with a bent flange on the ball-bearing track, but it fixed with a pair of pliers. It was only a tiny distance, but the unit's sensitive.
