I was very upset when I realized my hinge on my cabinet needed to be replaced. After over 14 years I knew I could not replace the hinge - I tried the box stores but to no avail. I looked at the hinge & went on line - not only did I find the hinge but even had a human being who spoke to me on the 800 number to discuss my needs and assist me with the new product numbers. My cabinet is repaired and I know I can find additional products if needed... this is truly a quality product from a user-friendly company... thanks
