This was a replacement part for an hinge that is no longer manufactured. It required a bit of work with a chisel on the wood in order to get it mounted, but cabinetparts.com gave me full instructions on how to install, and it was quite easy for someone with minimal carpentry skills.

These were replacement hinges for a hutch that was about 25 years old. The new design, compared to the original design, is much easier to install and the hinges worked fine. i thought the prices were excellent given the complexity of this hinge design. I also used the chat feature to order the base plate and that worked well.

This product was the closesr replacement match to the original Mepla hinge that broke.  Noone else in the country was able to help, so you guys are definitely the best.  Your shipment to me was misshipped by the USPS, but due to no error on your part.  The misshipment delayed my receipt of the order for about one week.  If you want any other feedback, let me know.

There is no problem with the quality of this product per se, but what is lacking are basic instructions. After some trial and error, I was able to make adjustments and successfully install these hinges.

Along with a new base plate this product replaced the old discontinued Mepla hinge system very nicely. Also Andrew was very helpful in helping me resolve the installation of the new base plate, which differed from the original.

Hinge does not allow Lazy Susan door to open as fully as it use to , but without it I would not have a door to use. Still 4 Star.Thanks for the great help!!!!

Our cabinet hinge was a version that is no longer available. Cabinetparts called us after receiving our old/broken hinge in the mail. After discussion of which hinge could replace it, we purchased new hinges. They came in the mail, and we installed them. Great fit. What we read on the website was exactly what happened. Easy ordering, easy sending. Good response via email regarding when my broken part was received, and again when the order was shipped.
