Original hinges wore out due to continuous use over a span of 12 years. I could not locatate replacement parts at the local hardware store, so I went online to your website. Found the picture and description of the parts I needed and ordered them. They arrived in a timely fashion and installation went smoothly.

I really like these hinges. I bought 150 of them and every one is working well. Great value, when compared to the other brands. I cut my doors using the factory offset specs. If I had it to do again, I would have made the doors a bit wider than the math specified.
