All the cabinets in my newer home were equipped with these European style hinges. Two of the hinge plate faces broke on the heavily used door to the kitchen trash/recycle containers. Although not the exact part number I was told these would work. They did and the instillation was quick and painless. I still love the hinges and just made sur to have some spare face plates on hand from now on. (By having some spares, I have probably guaranteed that none of the others in the house will ever break.)

I found yor site and this product on the internet via Google and appreciate the quick shipping. I was lucky tha the "0MM" (MH12-940) part resolved my broken plate because the MH12-942 (4MM) is not available separately which I find very odd. Why is that?

I didn't have a problem installing the hinge plates at all.
