I ordered two kits, one arrived was missing the basket in the back. I contacted customer service, sent pictures of the items received and asked for a basket to be sent. I never got a reply or the missing basket.

The instructions on the product from Cabinet Parts and the ones from the makers of the product were different and very difficult to follow. It took over 2 1/2 hrs and a phone call to cabinet parts (where they have the most annoying "I'm on Hold" recording were extremely frustrating. It would be great if the distributor and the manufacturer could get together and write ONE set of comprehensible and easy to understand insutrctions. The product itself is terrific; the instructions definitely NOT so great -- if fact, terrible.

The drawer pulls are good quality and have a nice finish, but the quality of the long fasteners is very poor. The hardware is made so can be cut easily but the threads are very poor and cross thread easily. I will have to buy better fasteners, I don’t see
