These things are super cool and seem like they solve some problems in a unique way. But beware: they're pretty fragile! Don't expect to be able to test fit them and remove them over and over, or you'll break them (speaking from experience)

Bought the 12 mm barrel hinges for some fly boxes. They were pretty decent, but not all of them were created equal. Some of them out of the box were quite a bit stiffer and grittier feeling. I used white lightning dry lubricant to loosen them up, seemed to work alright. I recommend investing in a good marking gauge, a quality 12 mm brad point bit and an accurate drill press. Your layout has to be spot-on with these, there's no room for error or adjustment. Over all I was pleased with the purchase, ordering from CabinetParts.com however is another issue. $14 for shipping a tiny package in snail mail is ludicrous, not to mention the tracking number I received from them was for somebody else's order.
