    i was happy to get my parts sooner than listed in the delivery notes. also had an issue of having to adjust an order, then realized i needed to re-adjust to the original item. the follow up was excellent and i got exactly what i was looking for and a day earlier than indicated, so i had it to work on over the weekend. thanks!

    Ordered these 12" drawer slides and received as promised. Needed to order the separate screws as they did not come with the slides. I have not installed them in my project yet but appear to fit and do the job required

    The drawer pulls are good quality and have a nice finish, but the quality of the long fasteners is very poor. The hardware is made so can be cut easily but the threads are very poor and cross thread easily. I will have to buy better fasteners, I don’t see
