Soft close slides were relatively easy to level and install. Soft close is a bit tight, not as smooth as I would prefer, but decent considering the price. I got 4 pairs and all of them work, they are durable and heavy duty, just very picky about how level you have to get them. Overall good purchase.

I ordered 6 pairs of slides from Cabinet Parts.com in Florida, I live in Florida, but the slides shipped from Michigan. The package arrived 5 days later with 3 pairs of slides (6 pieces not 6 pairs). The shipper apparently does not know the difference between a piece and a pair. The company corrected the mistake, but by then 10 days had passed while the project sat idle. The full-extension slides are just that Full-Extension, unlike the Chinese version from Amazon that claimed to be full-extension but was more like a 3/4 extension. The Accuride slides worked great and Cabinet Parts corrected the error, so I will order from them again in the future. Joey T.

Received delivery on time and it was well packaged. I ordered four sets of 16-inch slides with easy close feature. One drawer had an issue which I have not yet truly determined the cause, but will place the blame on the installer, me for now. It got stuck in the closed position and I was only able to move the draw a few inches out, ended up pulling on it hard to get it open. We now have small ball bearings. Have ordered a replacement for this one drawer and will try a reinstall. Overall the others are working fine, slide easy and love the self closing feature for that last inch of travel.
