    Getting this slide to work required me to shim the drawer to fifteen thousands of an inch. It was vary sensitive. I tried shim washers in 0.015 increments. Luckily I had ordered drawers just under size as my ability to work/measure and cut old wood is limited to tape measures and rulers. And the result was very stiff pulling the drawer out and problematic automatic self closer for the last 1/2 inch of travel. Then the instructions of getting the drawers (I have 2) calibrated to the stationary cabinet parts was totally missing. I kept working the slides till they were acceptable if one pushed and pulled the drawer and it finally allow me to pull out them. Just not for the casual installer.

    These are heavy duty as expected and perform extremely well. My only issue is that they do require a fairly exacting fit. I installed these under a workbench with some structural members I added, so not a furniture-quality box. I measured each drawer opening individually in order to try to get the exact 1 1/16" recommended combined side spacing. If that was even the slightest bit off, the slide would not engage with the rail. This isn't any sort of knock on the product, it's just to inform a user to make sure you get your dimensions just right. If you do, they work like a dream.
