On an order for drawer slides there was an item missing and cabinet parts answered the phone and sent us out the missing item quickly

When ordering the drawer slides I needed for a project, I checked to make sure in stock and delivery dates were within a few days. Once I ordered the parts, I received an email informing me that two sets of slides were coming from somewhere else and would be delayed. The project is still waiting for the last two sets of drawer slides. Supposed to be the 6th of Jan. Original order was on the 10th of Dec.??

The parts are well made, but they require substantial instructions for both installation, and the options for setup and use. just a simple raising or lowering of the shelf height can be a major headache, and/or even working the levers that restrict detachment I could add more, but the total lack of explanations is frustrating. Try asking a housewife for example.
