These drawer slides are top quality products, as they should be (they are expensive). After an initial shipment which was not properly packed, the slides arrived damaged (all of them). They promptly replaced the damaged products and the customer service person was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent overall outcome. Hope the shipping department has been properly trained.

The product is what we wanted but it took too long to get here. It was ordered on 3/5 and did not arrive until 3/21. It held up a cabinet job. I think I will look for someone closer to where I live next time.
