When the cheap hinges on our West Elm cabinet were bent and misaligned my wife thought the cabinet was ruined. I'm glad I found CabinetParts.com, as their parts are original from the manufacturer and reasonably priced. Their shipping charges are also moderate, making the entire purchase experience very smooth and dependable. What you see online is exactly what you receive. I bought a few face frame mounting plates to replace one that had broken and two others that were not the correct specification for the cabinet frame. They fit and worked flawlessly. I highly recommend them.

I ordered this part on May 13th, and as of May 28th, I am still waiting for it to arrive. Despite that, I received an email asking me to review a product I haven’t even received yet. Customer service has not been helpful either. Contacting them simply redirects me to the FedEx tracking number with no additional support or updates. To make matters worse, I was charged $8 shipping for a very small package of hardware. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience due to the delay, lack of communication, and poor customer support.

I was on the phone with a technician two different times to discuss the same needs . Two different products for the same need . First time they sent me the same product I told them I already had . Half an hour each time to make sure thy understood . It was more trouble to send it back so I kept it . The second time I still need ed the pro cut and told them which hinge I already had and they said I needed a different plate and a hinge to go with . I told them which hinge had and the plate they had sent me the first time which was the exact plate I told them I already had . The second time I got the hinge plate I needed the first time but I didn’t need the hinge I already had but they sent it to me and I’m trying to return both items at the same time . They say I can’t send back the first plate because it’s a day over 30 days . By now they haven’t sent me a way to return anything and it’s more than 30 days.
