The hinge is great, just the replacement I needed. BUT, I wish it came with the screws needed for it. One of the existing screws that I took off the old broken hinge was not reuseable.

My Experience with this flange is the weakest link is the mounting holes. Needs to be reinforced on the left sige of the flange.
