I purchased Grass hinge replacements for a cabinet. I was encouraged to send in pictures which I did. The sales people at Cabinet Parts where very nice and easy to deal with, but they sent me the wrong hinges. After receiving them I found I was sent the "snap back" version when I really needed the "free swinging" type. The sales people didn't bother to apprise me that there are these two versions. It might be a good idea for the sales staff to help unwitting customers such as myself there are these options. Could have saved both time and money if they had. In the end it worked out for which I am appreciative.

I have to say that the total experience dealing with Cabinet Parts was excellent....from determining which hinge would retrofit my older cabinets, to delivery. Professional is every sense of the word. Thank you and continued success
