I don't have a problem with the items, as they were as described. However, I have called 2x's and I've tried to start a return process through your website to no avail. The items I ordered were not the correct hinges that I needed and I need to return them. When I spoke to the girl at your office, she said she would start a return and that I should receive an email within 24 hours, it's been over a week and still nothing. I also tried several times on the website using your click buttons and still nothing. I will be disputing the charge on my credit card and hopefully that will get your attention.

Soft close hinges fit and work perfectly. No more “nursing” bathroom cabinet doors closed to keep them from slamming shut. Happy camper here.

I do commercial maintenance. When the customer has partial overlay cabinets with a broken hinge I need an exact replacement, not whatever HD might have on their shelf.

I love the function and the quality of these Blum hinges. I already had Blums but they were not soft close. The only complaint is the inner holes on the cabinet side are too small and I had to pay someone to make them as wide as the outer portions of the holes. Why they are made that way, I don’t understand. My originals are wider and slotted for adjustments. I would give this product 5 stars if the holes were drilled to accommodate my situation. I also want to mention how wonderful and knowledgeable the support technician Jonzee was. He made everything so easy and perfect for me by allowing me to send photos so he can recommend the perfect parts for my project. He was amazing, kind, caring, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for your wonderful customer service support.
