Although you are listed as a full dealer for Fulelterer, and the order was drop shipped from the Fulterer factory, when I called and spoke to your salesman he said I couldn't buy any Fulterer product unless it was listed on your website. I had to order the slides I needed from a California company, who also had them drop shipped from Fulterer. You lost a sale on that one.
