Parts were perfect once they arrive. I originally orderd online and it never processed. when I called a spoke to a person things went better. Would order again but probably not online

My husband had to dremmel a small section of the cabinet to make the base fit. Otherwise, the hinge was a good replacement for the 20 year old item that broke.
