The slide did not come with directions. I looked on the website and those directions were not very clear.

Appear to be quality parts, only time will tell the true quality. I would like them better if they had no plastic parts that move and the metal was a little thicker on the latches as these are the areas my current slides have failed. It would also be good if these came with mounting screws as do most other products.

Looked long and hard for these great slides, they work perfectly. One thing I had not considered carefully enough - the slides add about 11/16" to the height and width of the drawer space, so you may have to modify your openings like I did (by cutting notches in the cabinet faces at side and at the bottom - being careful not to change the end-up position of the drawer fronts). Also I found that with 24" cabinets, the 21" slides come up a little short even with the mounting brackets, so you need to shim out the back for mounting the brackets. But it's all worth it once you open and close a drawer, especially if your previous slides were wobbly and noisy.

I have used and installed many, many hundreds of drawer slides in my 4o year career as a cabinetmaker/woodworker.I have these slides in my own kitchen, where they have worked perfectly for 10 years. I have big wide drawers filled with cooking bowls, pots and pans and various items. Easy to open and close with one finger (everytime). Highly recommended.

Product appears to be well constructed of quality materials. There were no instructions, and the items were loose in the box. The online instructions leave a great deal to the imagination.
