    had a slight issue with shipping the first time. a 21" was sent. I called customer service and they sent a new 12" right away.

    The Dynapro slides are simply a beautiful product! The smoothness and ease of closing is effortless. Very simple to install and definitely worth the cost, which is very reasonable.

    Appear to be quality parts, only time will tell the true quality. I would like them better if they had no plastic parts that move and the metal was a little thicker on the latches as these are the areas my current slides have failed. It would also be good if these came with mounting screws as do most other products.

    The drawer pulls are good quality and have a nice finish, but the quality of the long fasteners is very poor. The hardware is made so can be cut easily but the threads are very poor and cross thread easily. I will have to buy better fasteners, I don’t see
