by Richard from Snellville, GAOK, this is a cool design and was very easy to install using the instructions of mostly pictures with no words. However, the customer support folks had no idea about the soft close devices (this kit came with a pair already) and advised me to purchase 2 additional pairs (they were not aware that they are packed in pairs and that a pair was included. I ended up with 3 pairs (1 included in the kit and the two extra I was advised to purchase) as they thought the photo of a pair was incorrect. I need to return the 2 extra pairs.
