I was not happy with the customer representative at CabinetParts.com that I spoke with when I ordered this item. I was told to order an item that I did not need and I asked if the metal installation tool is included with the unit. He said that it is. Well, it is not. I called to return the item that was not needed and was very happy with the representative that I spoke with. My only worry is if I am charged a shipping fee for the return. I will be ordering from CabinetParts.com again.

by Paul from Ford City, paI ordered the Lemans 2 blind corners form Cabinet Parts. Unfortunately I did not have the width of the cabinet opening and the cabinets were too large. I contacted and asked if I could exchange them for a smaller size and was told that since it was over 30 days I could not return or exchange. I had to order the smaller blind corner and now have to try and sell them online.

Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.

Ordering was easy and the product arrived just a few days later. My husband installed it within a couple of hours. As ever with these products, the instructions could have been better much written, but we expected that would be the case. (If ever there was a job for AI it's improving assembly instructions!) The organizer is sturdy and a huge improvement on what we had before. Very happy!
