by James from Tallassee, ALThis is a great product for a blind corner. Works very well. Two major issues though. The kit does not include the shim that is needed for a faceframe cabinet and the install screws are also not included. Web site page says nothing about that. Also, the install video needs updating. The kit only includes a paper template that is almost impossible to understand. I managed to figure it and it all worked well in the end. But I had to call and order the shim and screws.

by ERIN from LUTHERVILLE TIMONIUM, MDGall this thing came with a million pieces and took hours to install for my contractor, who's got 26 years experience and has never installed one. Now that it's in, it's incredible, so it's worth it. No soft close that I can tell, though. Although maybe that's installation error? Still works great. Computer on the champagne is much closer to a stainless steel than it is to brushed brass or champagne gold.

Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.
