This is a great addition to our corner cabinet. It looks great and works fantastic. It holds a ton of dishes and makes everything so accessible. The install was really simple and only took about 30 minutes. Adjusting the shelves is done in less than a minute. Great engineering and design. Love it. DAN

I just finished installing this in a blind corner that was nearly useless before. As I get older, stooping and kneeling to reach into base cabinets becomes harder and harder. This unit was very easy to install and is extremely heavy duty. The instructions are a little cryptic and offer two ways to lay out the hardware in the cabinet. I used the supplied installation gauge and never had to pull out a tape measure. I'm not sure why there are alternate instructions - using the gauge was simple. The support staff answered a couple of pre-ordering questions quickly and accurately - I had been considering ordering a similar unit from a 3rd party Amazon seller but the vendor was unable to answer a simple inquiry about how they define LH/RH and said "We just sell the products - we don't have any technical knowledge or expertise". You get what you pay for - in this case, a few dollars for shipping and a nearly identical price were well worth it. My only quibble - and it's a minor one - is the slightly cryptic instruction manual. The industry trend toward multi-language customer base isn't my cuppa...

Quality is good and easy to install; however, it's way too small and wastes much of the cabinet space. Unable to return because it was installed. Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.

Sherry in the Sales Dept couldn't have been more helpful. She made it easy for me to pick exactly the right organizer for a blind corner cabinet. Ordering was easy and the product arrived just a few days later. My husband installed it within a couple of hours. As ever with these products, the instructions could have been better much written, but we expected that would be the case. (If ever there was a job for AI it's improving assembly instructions!) The organizer is sturdy and a huge improvement on what we had before. Very happy!
