Next time, I'm buying from Amazon. They know how to treat customers. CabinetParts rep not very helpful. Would not offer any solutions for a return. Very poor customer service.

Ordering was easy and the product arrived just a few days later. My husband installed it within a couple of hours. As ever with these products, the instructions could have been better much written, but we expected that would be the case. (If ever there was a job for AI it's improving assembly instructions!) The organizer is sturdy and a huge improvement on what we had before. Very happy!

It sat in a box for a couple months before we realized it was the wrong one. Yes, that was our fault. However, cabinet parts wouldn't let us exchange this new, in the box product, for the right size.
