I ordered a lot of standards (building bookshelves for an entire wall!) and received only 2 of them, I suspect because of bad packaging by their shipping company (the rest left the package!). The phone call to that company went nowhere but the phone call to K&V was all I needed to get the issue fixed. The rest of the standard were shipped again and arrived in record time. I am not even late in my project! I only wish they would ship to stores (Home depot/Lowes) so I would not have to pay shipping costs...
