I had a cabinet with discontinued hinges and was told these were the new replacements. They fit in the pockets but none of the screw holes lined up. Will have to send them back.

Quality was excellent and delivery was fast. The replacement hinges had a slightly different footprint in the door, and completely different on the cabinet, but, with professional help, I was able to complete the installation successfully.

Disappointed that I had to buy three new hinges because the broken one I was replacing was "out-dated." The new ones look to be fine quality, but I had to hire out the installation ... not for a weekender like me because the new ones didn't fit in the same holes as the old ones.

Product was purchased to replace a broken and discontinued hinge on my 1980s era china cabinet. I really appreciate customer service's help in recommending this product as a workable subsitute for the original. They were very patient, asking for information until they were sure they had the right one. They finally recommended this one from the measurements and photos that I sent them. Although a different design I was able to install it in minutes using the original screw holes and the function is perfect.

The parts worked just as they should have. More importantly, I was terribly impressed with the service. My broken hinge was 25 years old and Cabinet Parts was able to use a picture which I took with my Iphone to know exactly what I had and what replacement would work. Secondly, the new part was delivered to my home in just a day or so. You can be sure that I would never consider using any other firm if I happen to have hinge or related problems.
