The glides on the file drawer of my custom built computer desk separated and scattered ball bearings. My furniture repair tech referred me to cabinet parts and gave me a part number. The mounting holes in the drawer were slightly too low preventing the drawer from closing. A simple modification redrilling the holes in the drawer solved this minor issue and the drawer fully loaded glides in and out as good as new.

Would have been a 5 , but you felt you needed to send me screws and charge me for them and I specifically said I didn’t need them. Total waste of money.

Scott in Customer Service was just so helpful and I ordered the part he suggested. Once installed, the drawers stay shut. t. While a bit tricky to install, these sliders really work well. thank you Scot

I own a Kitchen and Bath showroom and one of my customers had a 20 year old kitchen that had a failed drawer glide on a roll our trash cabinet. The manufacturer sent me two sets of glides that didn't work. I sent a picture and dimensions to Cabinet Parts.com and received the EXACT match - even the screw holes lined up!
