We live the Accuride EC glide , we have used them probably 500+ times But, every time we order from you, at least one glide if not more arrives with a cracked or broken plastic guide It's definitely a design flaw that Accuride needs to fix but the packaging from you is extremely under done and leads to breakage in shipping We do t have time to ask for replacements , so we just get one from our local distributors same day which is why you need er beer from us on this But , it definitely keeps us from ordering from you , so hopefully you get it figured out . I needed new slides for my kitchen garbage drawer. The slides installed by the home builder were inadequate and have gotten deformed under the weight of the garbage bins. The new slides carry the weight with ease. The soft closing is a great feature. Easy installation in the pre-existing holes made for the old slides.

I can’t answer about the quality of this part. I was being helped to fill my cart and the agent told me to get this slide which is NOT a pair. Instead of getting the same product at different sizes, I was steered towards this product (it was completely different from my 20” slide that he recommended). Who in the world would buy 7 slides. Is there a drawer out there that only has one side with slide? The delivery was also missing multiple items. I filed a claim with their AI over the weekend. The ticket was opened with their customer service at 6 AM my time and was closed out by them for not responding by 7:30AM. I found this out when I called in around 8AM before checking my email. You get 1 1/2 hr to respond then they shut you down. This is the most inappropriate business practice I have ever experienced in 35 yrs of working with businesses. I’ve had to file several claims since then to get any attention towards my problem and so far 7 days later, still no resolution. Their phone staff have to open a ticket to get anyone from the customer service department to answer. Be very careful to triple check everything and videotape all your delivery unboxing with this company to protect yourself.
