The Lima Series' compact design makes for a small diameter tool with high rigidity and is an excellent choice for part cut out, slot cutting, and profile routing a variety of soft to hard composite materials. The multi facet relief, polished flute face, and special upshear tool geometry to minimize part movement while evacuating material from the workpiece. These features enable Lima Series tools to produce a smooth edge finish at high feed speeds with no material melting.

    Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
