    The first hinge order I placed was perfect! I needed a few more to finish the job and I was sent out of the package hinges, incomplete, missing and or used screws( a professional can tell by the tool marks left by the installation tool) for the second order. I ordered a third order because I couldn’t wait for the return process to take place. By the time the third order arrived I had already installed the hinges after I secured some screws. I was able to return the second order which were brand new, in the package hinges, without to much effort. I would use them again dispute the bs.

    CABINETPARTS processed my order for AMEROCK1/4”overlay hinges for shipping same day (4:1) & shipped same day. I ordered two day FED EX AIR which were delivered 4/6. How is that 2 days? AMEROCK hinges in Satin Nickel did not match color or texture of Amerock satin nickel drawer pulls (ordered from another retailer. Overall disappointed in FED EX & AMEROCK

    I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.
