WHY DO YOU SELL THE SLIDERS FOR THE SLIDING SHELVES AND DO NOT SELL THE SHELVES? I HAD TO SHOP ANOTHER SITE TO ORDER THE SHELVES AND "LO AND BEHOLD"; THEY SELL THE SHELVES WITH THE PROPER SLIDERS; WHICH IS ONLY LOGICAL, SO I MUST RETURN YOUR SLIDERS ; BY THE WAY,IT IS A VERY LABORIOUS AND TIME CONSUMING PROCESS.

The product I received was well made - it just did not go with the slides I ordered. I ordered these sockets based on the recommendation of the web site but found that the slides I had chosen did not fit these. I would have much rather had slides that could use these sockets, but I was able to rig a solution.The moral of the story is, don't believe the web site recommendations. Investigate carefully before you order your slides and any auxiliary mounting hardware.

These were a fantastic choice. Great quality, price and service. I had them at my door in no time at all. They do not come with the rear attachment brackets if you don't have a shelf to attach to.

Our kitchen is 15 yrs old. The cabinets are in great shape but the original slides were wearing out. I contacted the manufacturer about upgrading the slides but the cost was too high. I contacted cabinet parts and was able to order OEM parts at a third of the price of what the cabinet company quoted. easy to install and they work great.

I received the drawer slides that I ordered in a timely fashion. The problem was there was no mounting hardware or instructions/ template of any sort.

The knobs and pulls I purchased were just like described. The came on time, actually earlier than expected. Easy and beautiful!
CabinetParts.com had exactly what I wanted. They provided the required hardware with the item. No reason for me to contact customer support. Everything worked and looked as expected.
