    The company was very responsive. Got my first order quickly (don’t pay extra for FedEx like I did). I did have some issues which the company quickly and responsibly addressed. Web ordering site seems well designed and accurate. My biggest challenge was misboxed or damaged Emtek door handles. It appears whatever they used as source had returned items that were mis-boxed. You could tell they had been opened and as a result I got one broken lever and a couple Right handles in Left box. Company addressed promptly. Overall reasonably good result.

    Easy to install. They were heavier (150#) than the originals(100#) installed in 2006. Very easy to pull. Excellent. W. O. B.

    Jonzee did a great job identifying the correct replacement hinges. The original design on the hinges is no longer available. The new replacement hinges required drilling new holes for the screws and routing out the 35MM hole to allow the hinge to open the
