The laminate sheets were attractive,but when I took them out of the box, I noticed that there was shipping damage to several of the sheets. I was able to work around the damage,mostly, and got the job done. I don,t blame Cabinet parts for the problem. From the appearance of the box it looked like something had fallen on it in shipping.

Product ships quickly and doesn't disrupt production. Product is oversized so you can yield 48" x 96". Great quality!

I’ve ordered 4 pieces of laminate. Understandably there are chips on the edges but 3 of the 4 pieces had scratches we had to work around. Now we’re replacing one of the scratched pieces and when we opened the piece we ordered to replace the scratched piece, it has a giant scratch directly in the middle of the sheet. Will not order from here again

Ordered a 4x8 sheet of Formica. It arrived in a timely manner. It was well packaged however a portion of one edge had a chip but was able to work around that

Perhaps I missed it, and I apologize if I did, but I think there should be a definition of what vertical grade means. I took a chance knowing it was cheaper that it would work for my application, and I think it probably will, but it would have been good to understand before I decided on the vertical grade over the more expensive countertop grade option. Thickness differences, pliability differences, susceptibility to tearing because of how thin it is, etc. These should be written into the product description. Also, the product description area is a little light in general as are the pictures, in comparison to common and well known other online stores. The few pictures offered on the website were a little misleading; it was a little more brown than I was expecting. Not a big deal, but more pictures, perhaps actual photographs of the product in good lighting would help consumers feel confident in their choices. Every little bit you can do to reduce that decision-friction in the minds of potential customers will really help your sales.
