    I was waiting on my cabinet hinges to be delivered FedEx lost the package could not find it I contacted FedEx they gave me the runaround I called cabinets parts and they said no problem they would take care of FedEx and they sent me out a new order immediately which I got in 3 days very happy with your service thank you very much

    Sir, I placed an order for a packet of 25 concealed Cabinet Door hinges, 1/4" overlay... SOFT CLOSE. When the hinges were delivered, I discovered that they were not soft close. For whatever reason i feel that you have duped me into buying something that is fake, ,,,,,they are not soft close as you had promised on your website. I intended to give these to my customer, but now I am stuck. I can only give them to my customer at a reduced price. Why would you advertise for soft close when you know you don't have them?     The drawer pulls are good quality and have a nice finish, but the quality of the long fasteners is very poor. The hardware is made so can be cut easily but the threads are very poor and cross thread easily. I will have to buy better fasteners, I don’t see
