I replaced this towel hanger in my kitchen cabinet after 35 years! This one is even better than the first one. Thanks for the great service and for having this towel hanger. It was hard to find.

This is a nice product, and handy to have. But be aware: it does not slide easily. The slider consists of three wheels in a track, and they are just too tight for the track. I greased mine and it helped a little but it is still not a nice smooth glide. I suggest looking for one that uses a commercial drawer slide instead of this type of slider.

Easy to install, does what it is supposed to do. The only problem is that once mounted, the inner towel bar ends up being too close to the open cabinet door to be used, but the outer bar is fine

Great item, but could have used some installation instructions. I removed an end cap and removed the rod assembly to screw the base to the cabinet, but realized I could not secure the end cap afterwards because the end cap screw was now up against the cabinet. So I reinstalled the rod assembly and end cap. Then installed the base by sliding the rod assembly back and forth to get at the screw holes.
