Slides arrived in three days, a good start. Installed easily and work well in my application. No problem purchasing these slides again.

Top quality and very well made. Purchasing was easy enough and they arrived when expected. The only thing lacking was a little instruction sheet about which placement. Maybe most purchasers are cabinet makers and make drawers every day but not me. I carefully lined everything up, got the clearances just right and put the slides in backwards. After turning them around, I had them too close to the back and had to move them again. At least no one will ever see the extra mounting holes.

Having used mostly undermount slides, I purchased 12 sets for a bedroom built in project. The slides are smooth, however noisy. They also have more friction on them than undermounts, and will not self close with a simple shove. The friction slows them up and you basically need to push them until the self closing piece catches them for the final inch and closes them. But other than that...they are strong and work well for side mount drawers.

I'm happy with the quality and the way these glides work. They were some what difficult to install in our existing cabinetry. It took several attempts to get it right. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to update their cabinetry, it makes mediocre cabinets feel like high end cabinets.
