These KV bullet catches are well designed and fairly well made. The adjustability is in the height of the bullet.I am using these for kitchen cabinets and find that the spring strength is a bit much. I bought a softer spring from the hardware store and refitted them. The action is better now. I also found that the doors open more smoothly if you use a Dremel or similar grinder and put a slight bevel on the edge of the hole in the plate. It takes a bit of trial and error to set up a standard method for controlling all the installation dimensions, but now that I have done that, I am getting very quick and repeatable installations. The only reason I gave this four stars and not five is that two of the bullet assemblies were way over-sized. The ones that were made correctly are 0.373" in diameter. Two of them measured out at 0.392". So pretty much unusable unless I want to drill custom sized holes for those two. Also, the edge of the plates closest to the large hole is has an outward bulge. This was the case on every one. I cannot say it has had a big affect on how they install, but it does prevent the back edge from flushing up to the edge of the mortise. But still, I have not seen any other bullet catch system that is as good. I will buy more as needed.
Parts were perfect. You were the only supplier I could find that had what I needed.
Well stocked. Easy to do business with!!
Very helpful! My cabinets are 12 yrs old and they don't, of course carry those hinges anymore.HOWEVER, after sending them pictures of the old hinges and some measurements they told me which ones would fit. I ordered them and installed them very easily and
Product was as advertised, more than capable to do the job required.
Good prices, correct part arrived quickly.
Item as described, shipped promptly.
