by Stephen from Encinitas, CAI found the product itself very sturdy and of high quality. However, the minimum requirement of 9” is incorrect if you also purchased the hardware to attach the face of a cabinet door. The hardware that must be attached to the sides of front sides of the unit increase the total width of the unit and made the total width approximately 9-1/2”, which made it too wide for my 9-1/4” wide cabinet opening. For that reason, I had to return it. There is a 35% restocking fee, which I will dispute, because the company clearly says it only takes a 9” opening for it to work. I am still waiting on my refund, and I returned it over a week ago. Like I said previously, it’s a very solid and high quality unit, but the company needs to say in the product description that if you plan to purchase and add the hardware to attach to a cabinet door, you will need about a 10” cabinet opening for it to work.

I was able to find the exact hinge needed to replace broken hidden Soss hinges in a Martha Washington cabinet. The price was reasonable. It did take a while to ship out (ordered May 15, shipping notice June 2) but then arrived quickly once shipped.

I have looked and looked for replacement parts for my cabinets and was about to give up hope, but thankfully they had the exact parts I needed. They arrived quickly, reasonably priced and I am thrilled.
