by Brad from Middleburg, FLI think the drawer is great. However, it would be nice if you are purchasing this to know what you need to install it. I did see there it said the slides are not included so I ordered them. So I was ready to install the drawer but what you know… I needed to order the slide locks too…. So in total I ordered two times to hopefully have everything I need to install it. Just a suggestion on the website to show EVERYTHING you need to install the drawer. That would save a lot of time, and frustration.

by Melinda from Denville, NJThis product has done wonders for my kitchen! My kitchen is very small and has only 2 drawers for silverware and utensils, so this is perfect for me. It was simple to install. I had to make a small modification to the box due to the type of existing drawer runners, but it was easy to do. Took me about 1/2 an hour to figure out how to modify and get the job done.

by J from Chester, NJIt is a great idea to use the height of the drawer which I always thought was wasted and helps organizing mostly used kitchen items really well. The whole thing comes build, so all you need to do is to install it in the drawer. You may think to believe it comes with a drawer slide but it doesn't. You need to have either one already, or order separately. It is smooth to open and close but the main problem with mine is that the second tier never stays close. It is loose, every time I open the drawer, the little momentum is enough to push that top tier backwards. So, I have to pull it every time. I thought that would be on demand... Otherwise, the quality is pretty good. Anyhow, not exactly working great for me but it saves space regardless.

Other than that it’s a cool and useful drawer when we can get it to fit . Just another note: this company’s “buy by this date and it will ship by this date” is a lie. It shipped out later than that date which caused delays
