Beautiful product. I was expecting a lazy Susan with no holes as I do not want to stack. Not a lazy Susan received. Should I be expecting the turn table or is this something I have to order. Not t clear in the product description. Please advise.

Initially went to Home Depot to order lazy susans for my kitchen corner cabinets, and the fellow at the cabinets desk looked at my plans to determine which ones I needed to order which, he said, were the 18" size. I placed the order with Home Depot, but when they arrived, I found the D-Shaped lazy susans instead of the Kidney-Shaped ones. Returned them to Home Depot and decided to order the correct ones Home Depot had said would fit straight from Cabinet Parts. Only did it that way because I have to drive 45 minutes each way to Home Depot, and Cabinet Parts could ship them direct to me. In hindsight, that was foolish on my part. It took many emails back and forth with Cabinet Parts to clarify whether the actual susan (spinner) was attached like every other lazy susan I have had installed in kitchens over the years. Finally got the answer that it was not. So I went back in and searched for the necessary part. There were two sizes, and I again emailed for help (impossible to get a phone call picked up), and after a day or so I got an email that the one I chose would indeed work. Placed my order and hired two men to come install them. Turned out that the "shelf" was a tad too small (big shout out to Home Depot too, right?). Now comes the issue of returns. Would SO MUCH PREFER to exchange for a smaller shelf, but 18" is the smallest one made apparently. Why?! Upper cabinets need those things even worse then the larger lower cabinets. Anybody can bend over to reach what's in the lower cabinets, normal height women have to get a damn step ladder. I'll probably keep the spinners because I'm still going to try and locate a shelf that will fit each of the four stationary shelves that came pre-installed with the cabinets, but very disappointed that Cabinet Parts is already sounding like they are going to give me a hard time with the return since the installers I hired took everything out of the box instead of trying with one set first. Hoping I won't be spending money to return these shelves, only to have them refuse to reimburse the cost of the shelves. A frustrating endeavor from start to finish. ALL THAT SAID, I still highly recommend lazy susans in general! Love them in my primary home!

Parts arrived as described and work great with the Rev-A-Shelf LD-4BW-401-28-1, 28 Inch Diameter Kidney Shape Banded Wood Lazy Daisy Customer support was great as I would not have known I needed this part to go with the lazy susan

This replaced a wire shelf lazy Susan that was absolutely atrocious from day one. It was easy to install and looks and feels like it will last a good long while. The shelves are much sturdier than I expected and rotate easily and smoothly. The finish looks like it will be easy to clean and the shelves will contain any unfortunate spills. The installation instructions are a little vague in places but will get you there. Very highly recommended if your lazy Susan is leaning or hard to rotate.
