on april 11, paid extra for 3 day shipping, received the product on april 19 over a week later. not one word about the mishandling of the shipment. if you decide to order i would not recommend the 3 day shipping extra cost, it's not worth it.

The hinge I needed is no longer being made. The suggested replacement was great. Only issue is now being inundated by advertisements from Cabinet Parts. Blocking doesn't seem to work. So great product, but overwhelming email solicitations.

Hinges worked great for replacement. If I see an area for product improvement it would be for the mounting holes on the door part of the hinge to be channels and not single holes so you can reuse the existing holes from previous hinge that did have the channels for adjustment. This caused a longer repair time due to having to fill/glue the original holes and let them dry before re-drilling to match the new hinge holes. The existing were so close to the new ones that drilling the new holes would have created huge holes since the originals would have intersected the new ones but far enough off that they would not work. Also, the new hinges DO NOT include mounting screws so save your old ones for reuse.

GREAT JOB IDENTIFYING THE BRAND AND MODEL OF THE HINGES THAT HAD GIVEN OUT (AFTER 25 YEARS!). THE ENW ONES WORKE PERFECTLY. THANKS FOR A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
